2024 Louisiana Veterans Festival Sponsorship Form

The East St. Tammany Habitat for Humanity is pleased to present sponsorship opportunities for the
The Ninth Annual Louisiana Veterans Festival to be held on May 18, 2024, at the Slidell Heritage Park. This event will include a special ceremony to honor United States Veterans, active-duty military and their families. The festival will feature live entertainment by some of the best bands in the Metropolitan New Orleans area, fabulous food, and children’s activities. Your sponsorship is a great way to honor the sacrifices of those who have served and continue to serve our country. Details of sponsorship levels are provided in the attached letter.

Sponsorships may be submitted by businesses or individuals. Donors may opt to submit sponsorships in
recognition or memory of any individual. Please select your sponsorship level:

$5,000 Veteran’s Tent Sponsor*
$2,500 Medal of Honor Sponsor*
$1,000 Silver Star Sponsor
$500 Bronze Star Sponsor
$250 Purple Heart Sponsor
$100 Commendation Sponsor

* Sponsors at $2,500 and above levels should email a high-resolution version of logo to
lavetfest@gmail.com for inclusion on promotional materials. Vector graphics (.ai or .eps) are preferred for maximum sharpness on larger materials. Please title email SPONSOR LOGO. Barricade banner size will be determined by the LVF Committee.

2024 Louisiana Veterans Festival Arts & Crafts Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in serving as a vendor during the Louisiana Veterans Festival. Please
review this form and submit it with your deposit to secure your spot. A limited number of spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Saturday, May 18th, 2024 – Arts and Craft Vendor time is 3 PM – 7 PM.
Arts and Craft Booth FEES:
• Arts or Crafts Booth: 10 x 10 Space – $50
• Each vendor must furnish his/her own tenting/booth not to exceed 10×10 with displays.
• Occupational License is $10.00 per booth
• ALL vendors must remove all setups, booths, tents, etc. at the end of the LVF event on May 18
• No equipment will be stored overnight.
• Sales tax must be PAID to the: State at 4% and Parish/City at 4.75%

Total Fees must be received by May 1st, 2024 – Non-Refundable After this Date
Your fee includes two (2) admission passes per booth for workers. Additional passes are available at general admission cost of $15. The passes provide admission into the festival but do not cover the cost of your food/drink, amusements or other costs associated with festival attendance.
Space is available on a first-come-first-served basis. All forms must be received by May 1st, 2024.

Saturday, May 18, 2024 – Festival 3 PM – 9 PM
Informational booth time is 3 PM TO 7 PM.
Informational Booths will receive two (2) admission passes per booth for workers. Additional passes are available at a cost of $15 each. The passes provide admission into the festival but do not cover the cost of your food/drink, amusements or other costs associated with festival attendance.
Space is limited and available on a first come-first served basis. All forms must be received by May 1st, 2024.
